1. General Provisions

By accessing or purchasing from Xotil (both online and in-store), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

     Price Display: All prices listed on the website generally include Consumption Tax (8% for food/beverages, 10% for non-food/shipping), unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

     Availability: Inventory is shared between our physical store and online platform. In the rare event of a simultaneous sale where stock runs out, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or substitution.

     Visuals: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Packaging or exact appearance may vary due to supplier changes.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

A sales contract is formed when you receive an "Order Confirmation" email from Xotil. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

     In-Store: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPay, LinePay.

     Online: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex), PayPay, LinePay.

     B2B/Bulk: Bank Transfer (verified business accounts only).

5. Shipping & Delivery

     Area: Primarily Tokyo and selected neighboring prefectures.

     Timeline: Standard delivery is 1–2 days depending on traffic and stock.

     Perishables: Frozen and fresh items require immediate receipt. If the customer is not available to receive the package, Xotil is not liable for spoilage during the holding period by the courier.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
