Q1: Do you deliver everywhere in Tokyo?

A: Yes, we cover most areas in Tokyo. Delivery fees and free shipping thresholds may vary based on your exact location and order size. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout.

Q2: Are your products Halal?

A: Yes. Xotil specializes in Halal-certified products. All our meats and frozen food items are sourced from certified Halal suppliers.

Q3: How long does delivery take?

A: Typically, orders are delivered within 1–2 days. Same-day delivery may be available for specific areas in Katsushika if ordered before the cutoff time.

Q4: Can I pick up my order in person?

A: Absolutely. You can select "Store Pickup" at checkout and collect your items at our shop in Nishishinkoiwa, Katsushika.

Q5: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Cash (in-store), Credit Cards, PayPay, and LinePay.

Q6: Can I cancel my order?

A: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the courier has picked up the items, cancellations are no longer possible.

Q7: What happens if I am not home for the delivery?

A: The courier will leave a "Missed Delivery" slip. Please contact them immediately to reschedule. Note: We are not responsible for the spoilage of fresh food if you are unavailable to receive it on the first attempt.

Q8: Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

A: Yes, we supply restaurants and large families. Please email info@xotil.com for our wholesale price list.
