Bought something that’s just not right?
It’s easy to return your purchase to our store or by mail. Please note that you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving a faulty or damaged Products, it is very necessary that you contact us via email and also you have to send us the Products within 7 days. We will bear the return delivery charge. To return a product you purchased from our store; email us immediately to [email protected]

Return/Replacement Policy

Xotil.com and most sellers on Xotil.com offer returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Most items sold on Xotil.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
*Note: When you order from a third party seller, your return will be sent to back to the seller instead of Xotil.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Xotil.com’s, some seller returns policies may vary.

Change of Mind Policy Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products, once the product has been returned to us.  The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:

The product must be in an unopened, unused condition – suitable for resale.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Xotil.com until the product has been accepted back into our store.
Product Exclusions:  The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: Travel Deals, Clearance Bin products, refurbished, demo or ex-lease products, underwear, swimwear, earrings/body piercing jewellery, photo or personalized products, CD/DVD, computer/console games OR if specifically noted as excluded in any individual product listing.  Consumer Guarantees apply to all products including products excluded under this policy.
To return a product under this policy please contact our Customer Service via email [email protected], live chat in our website or phone 01792397939.  Once your return is approved you will be issued with a Return Authorization (RA).  Please note that Products received at our store without a RA will be automatically rejected.
You can return the Products if:
You received a faulty Product
You received a actual damaged Product
You are unhappy with the Products quality
The Product is different from description on the website
Size or Fit issue
The following shall not be eligible for replacement/refundable:
Damages due to misuse of product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Important Note:

Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Xotil.com.
Please note that if we send you faulty Products then we will bear the delivery charge and transaction cost for credit card.
Product should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoice etc.
Please notify Xotil.com of a damaged/ defective product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within the time Xotil.com will not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
If a returned product does not meet the policy criterion stated above (i.e. unused, unopened in suitable condition for resale) the claim will be rejected and the product returned to you at your cost.  If a product is not picked up or return postage paid by you within 30 days of being notified of the rejection of your claim under this policy, the product will be permanently disposed of.
If you pay us by using VISA or master card then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-10 working days. (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
If you pay us by bkash then your money will be backed to your desired account within 3 days.
Refund are easy, simply follow these steps

We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the process.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item using the return label provided by our customer center, and the reason for return is not a result of a Xotil.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose the Bangladesh Postal Service option, the amount that will be deducted from your refund is displayed. If you choose the self return option, you’ll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.

Computers (laptops and desktops)

All computers sold by Xotil.com are supported by the computer’s manufacturer’s warranty.
In the unlikely event that a computer appears to be defective, please contact the customer support network for the computer manufacturer to have it serviced under warranty.
Games and Software Downloads
Games and software downloads are not returnable after purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Some Products – Manufacturer Warranty

Some Products sold through Xotil.com are serviced and supported by the manufacturer or supplier. Xotil.com recognizes that customers purchasing some products, such as electronics and computers, require a high level of support therefore we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier for trouble-shooting assistance. If the manufacturer or supplier is unable to assist, and the product is covered by a consumer guarantee, Xotil.com will provide a suitable.
